Welcome to Pineleaf Travels. By booking a tour, holiday package, accommodation, transportation, or any other travel service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. A booking confirmation will be provided once the reservation is successfully processed.
The customer must make payments according to the agreed booking schedule. Any additional charges arising from changes, upgrades, extra services, or personal expenses will be payable by the customer.
Tour itineraries are planned according to the selected package. Due to weather, road conditions, government regulations, local restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be modified when necessary.
Hotel or houseboat accommodation will be provided according to the category selected at the time of booking. Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, special requests, and additional services are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Transportation will be provided as specified in the confirmed package. The vehicle type may vary depending on availability and operational requirements. Any additional sightseeing, detours, waiting time, or personal travel outside the agreed itinerary may involve extra charges.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and carrying valid identification and required travel documents. Guests are also expected to follow local rules, hotel policies, transportation guidelines, and applicable government regulations.
Expenses such as meals not included in the package, shopping, laundry, room service, tips, entry fees not mentioned in the itinerary, personal activities, and other individual expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
Cancellation charges and refund eligibility will be governed by the Pineleaf Travels Cancellation Policy. Certain services, including tickets, permits, hotel bookings, activities, and third-party services, may be non-refundable.
Pineleaf Travels will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Any request to change travel dates, hotels, transportation, destinations, or other services will be subject to availability and applicable charges. Additional costs resulting from such changes will be borne by the customer.
Pineleaf Travels acts as a travel service provider and, where applicable, as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure quality services but cannot be held responsible for issues caused by independent third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.
By making a booking with Pineleaf Travels, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
